| Rates, Terms and Conditions |

Initial 1 hour consultations are free,
during that time, we will inspect any equipment you currently
have, make recommendations, and discuss the goal of your
aquarium display.
The standard service rate is $75.00 an hour, with a one
hour minimum. Billing time is rounded to 15 minute increments.
Discounts will be given for routine maintenance accounts.
Routine maintenance for tanks up to 120 gallons is approximately
1 hour. Tanks which have not been maintained regularly
may take longer to bring them up to par.
A 10% water change (for aquariums up to 120 gallons) is included with any
service call billed at the hourly rate, additional water is available at $1/gallon.
Up to 15 gallons of RO/DI for top off is also included with any service call,
additional water is available at $.25/gallon.
There is no charge for cancellation with 24 hour notice;
however a charge of $25.00 will be due if less than 24
hours notice is given.
Emergency rates are $130.00 an hour; discounts will be
given for routine maintenance accounts.
Payment is due at the time of service, unless other terms
have been arranged.
All aquariums maintained by Reefiniti LLC must have a
ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) or a retrofit
version that we can provide, for a fee.
Aquarium moving service is available, billed at $75.00
per hour, per person.
Water is available without maintenance:
RO/DI is $.25/gallon + $20 delivery fee
Saltwater is $1/gallon + $20 delivery fee
